The FWD Customer Connect service now allows customers to get in touch with the company’s representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at their convenience, through the hotline number +632-888-8388 for policyowner servicing and claim requests.

"To enrich customer experience and remain competitive, we are moving towards a digital 24/7 multi-channel customer engagement center that offers diverse service options for our customers," says FWD Life Philippines President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Grimes.

In addition, FWD customers can opt to chat with a customer service representative online through the Live Chat feature on the FWD Life Philippines website (http://fwd.com.ph). This function is also available 24/7.
