Remember you can also pay your premiums quickly and easily via Omne by FWD.

Please note that monthly payment option is only available on Omne via ACA/ADA.

Download the app for free via App Store and Google Play.

Use the FWD Payment Portal to pay via credit or debit card.

This option isn't available for:

1. Any top-up payments or reinstatements 90 days after the original payment due date.
2. Single pay products (please call +632 8888 8388 for top-up payment options).
3. If you’ve already selected a monthly payment plan for your policy.

You can pay your very first premium via e-App or via any of our partner bank's online facilities.

All subsequent premium payments can then be paid via our partner bank's online facilities:

• Security Bank
• BancNet (BancNet Online)
• Banco de Oro (BDO Online Banking)
• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI Online)
• Land Bank (Land Bank Online)
• Metrobank (MetrobankDirect)
• Union Bank of the Philippines

Note: Use 01+ policy number for initial premium, and 03 + policy number for succeeding premiums.

Use gcash to pay up to PHP100,000 in premiums. Just follow these steps:

1. Install the GCash App on App Store or Google Play
2. Verify your account via https://www.gcash.com/get-verified
3. Look for "FWD Life Insurance Corporation" in the Pay Bills/Insurance section

Use PayMaya to pay your premiums. Just follow these steps:

1. Install the PayMaya App on App Store or Google Play.
2. Register and activate your account.
3. Look for "FWD Life Insurance Corporation" in the Pay Bills/Insurance section.

• POS (point of sale) terminal payments are available at all FWD business hubs for both credit and debit cards
• Enroll onto our Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) via our bank partners (Security Bank, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank)
• Enroll onto our Auto Credit Arrangement (ACA) via our bank partners
