Bancassurance Business Development & Analytics Senior Specialist

Overview

Person will be in charge of the following areas:

  1. Bancassurance Business Development and Analysis
  2. Bancassurance Sales Support – Leads and Activity Management
  3. Bancassurance Sales Support – Process Improvement and other Function
  4. Bancassurance Sales Support – Administration

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of generating accurate and timely high-level channel reports and decision materials.
  • Work with Bancassurance Business Development and Analytics Head and Chief Bancassurance Officer during the strategic planning activities and ensure delivery of projects, including those of other units of Bancassurance.
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives that will support the growth targets of the Bancassurance Channel. Drives local and group office project initiatives for Bancassurance such as System Development, Business Expansion and Process Improvement.
  • Assist Bancassurance Bancassurance Business Development and Analytics Head in the development of business system requirements for products, reports and channel databases, this includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Promote higher conversion from leads that bank partners and other Bancassurance partners provided tactical events aligned with the specifications of client branches and situations.
  • Develop Service Level Agreements within the organization to ensure efficient, effective and quality customer servicing.  Drive compliance and execution of necessary corrective measures.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Graduate of B.S. Industrial / Management Engineering, Business Management or any 4-year related course
  • With at least three (3) years’ work experience, but not required.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Operational Efficiency / Process Improvement and / or Project Management Discipline is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills
  • Should have sound analytical / numerical skills
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
