Look! This 4-Minute Exercise Is Already Equivalent to One Hour of Moderate Activity

According to the Philippine Heart Association, you need one hour of moderate physical activity every day to have a healthy heart. Find out how you can achieve that in just four minutes!

The Philippine Heart Association (PHA) recently launched the 52100 advocacy, a simple guide to remind people of the essentials of good health. Each number represents a daily target—5 servings of fruits and vegetables, a maximum of 2 hours recreational screen time, 1 hour of moderate activity, 0 sugared drinks, and 0 smoking or second-hand smoke.

While the other four may be easily achieved when you have the will, the one hour of moderate activity may not especially when you’re at the mercy of your daily work schedule. Well, not when you do this four-minute workout that Coach Jim and Coach Toni Saret designed for FWD’s Live to Move campaign.
