1. Download and register the FWD Affiliates PH App —available via Google Play and Apple Store.

2. In the comments section of this episode, post a screenshot of your successful FWD Affiliates PH app registration. Please do not show your username and other sensitive personal data in your screenshot. FWD will not be held accountable for excessive sharing of your data.

3. In the caption, tag five (5) friends and use the following hashtags:

4. There will be 50 winners to be drawn via e-raffle. Each winner will get 500 bonus points that can be exchanged for Sodexo vouchers.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promo is open to 18 years old and above.
2. There is no purchase requirement to join this promo.
3. Employees and financial advisors of FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD), as well as their relatives, up to the second degree, are not allowed to join.
4. Winners will be announced a week after the promo period.
5. Those who have already won will no longer be eligible to win again.
6. If you are a winner, FWD will get in touch with you via social media and get your name, address, and contact number so that an FWD representative can coordinate with you on claiming the prize.
7. Participants may also be contacted for promotional information about FWD products, services, and other offers, from time to time. You may unsubscribe anytime. Your information will be deleted after a reasonable time unless you inform us to do so earlier via email request to: branding.ph@fwd.com
8. The promo is administered by FWD.
9. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promo and these terms and conditions with or without notice. Any changes to the promo will be shown on FWD's official website page or Facebook and Instagram accounts.
10. FWD’s decision, to be done by or in the presence of three FWD representatives, is final and irrevocable.
11. Winners will be determined via raffle, which will be supervised by three (3) FWD representatives.
