The food we eat is a reflection of who we are. Gluttony and crash diet both give us physical and emotional imbalance. Spending within our means and living a simple and healthy lifestyle are best financial investments. Health after all is wealth. Shortening our shopping time and reflecting more time in prayer are the inexpensive sources of financial and spiritual stability.
The Essence of Life is simply about knowing our priorities, about keeping our commitments and about reflecting the beauty life brings. We only need to experience the fullness of life: its ups and downs, its struggles and triumphs to be able to appreçiate life's serenity within.
