System Integration Engineer


The position will be part of IT Infrastructure team that’s responsible for evaluation, planning, installation, maintenance and modification of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication systems. Part of his/her duties is to maintain multi-site servers, network, and software applications for both Head Office and Branches.


  • Track and provide status of current releases and provide updates of anticipated releases.
  • Ensure application release artifacts are tracked by version and secured for access as needed.
  • Install and uninstall application releases, supporting auto provisioning when possible.
  • Identify issues and discrepancies involved in installation and configuration of application release.
  • Monitor upgrades to the development, test, and production environments to ensure stability.
  • Propose and document solutions to resolve issues and discrepancies in the development, test, and production environments.
  • Work with production environment staff to coordinate application migration across environments
  • Provide hands on technical support for modernization, integration, installations, migration, and sustainment of applications.
  • Provide systems engineering solutions for the analysis, design, integration, installation, testing, and life cycle support of software applications and systems.
  • Assist and participate in all activities pertaining to software development lifecycle activities.
  • Perform assessments of requirements for application developers to ensure current system stability and prepare for adaptation to future requirement needs.
  • Present engineering change proposals to provide solutions to future requirement needs.
  • Perform cost analysis and trade-off studies following industry standard processes to incorporate optimal solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or any 4-year related course
  • Holder of Microsoft MSCP certificate and CISCO certificate (CCNA minimum) and the likes.
  • Hands-on experience in server administration and with sound knowledge in Servers, Windows and UNIX platforms and Info Sec.
  • Hands-on experience on security appliance, such as Web Application Firewall and Next Generation Firewall.
  • With also a good sound knowledge on VOIP, PABX, Wireless, and VPN technologies.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
