Partnership Sales Support Associate


The role will assist provide administrative assistance to Partnership channel leaders.


  • Arranges meetings, travel, transportation, and accommodation for channel activities.
  • Prepares the budget and expense documentations and reports for the revolving fund and travel/accommodation budget.
  • Prepares budget and expense documentations of the leaders for approval.
  • Processes any requests for sales tools, maintain records and inventory.
  • Processes and monitors incident reports and concerns involving the following items through documentation and maintenance of the Issue Log Sheet.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Any 4-year related course/degree, preferably related to office management.
  • At least one (1) year work office admin experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
