Partnership Business Development and Admin Head


The role will assist the management team of Partnership, Sales Team and other Sales Support Unit in handling various business development, analytics and major initiatives of Partnership.


  • Development and implementation of business opportunity initiatives to support the growth targets of the Channel.
  • Drives local and group office project initiatives such as Business Expansion, system development/enhancement and Process Improvement.
  • Development, review and implementation of salesforce and partner compensation
  • Development of business system requirements for salesforce and partner compensation, products, reports and channel databases. Active participation and management of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Expense management.
  • Development of Service Level Agreements within the organization to ensure efficient, effective and quality customer servicing. Drive compliance and execution of necessary corrective measures.
  • Represents channel in several cross-functional activities including risk management.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in creating the following reports:

o Salesforce and partner Productivity Reports

o Channel Dashboard Report

o Group Office Monthly Sales Report

o Steering Committee Reports

  • Experience in Project and Budget Management
  • Experience in Process Improvement
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
