New Markets and Channel Development Associate Manager


To support our rapid growth interest in digital and affinity space, we’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Channel Development Manager to help grow relationships with key non-insurance channels and partners.

As Channel Development Manager, you’ll lead our efforts to develop relationships with strategic affinities (i.e. health, telecommunications, fintech and insurtech, and financial distribution partners). Alongside, you will also manage product and partner match together with sales, operational and financial management.

The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Digital and Business Innovation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Relevant experience in business development for online and offline 
  • Understanding of insurance – life and non-life
  • Exposure to product management marketing and sales
  • Experience with Marketing and Campaign Analytics
  • Business development through affiliate marketing
  • Digital marketing
  • Digital analytics skills is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
