Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on FWD’s Life and Investment products, processes, and policies
  • Handle inbound and outbound queries from existing and prospective clients
  • Provide exceptional complaint handling and promote customer retention.
  • Be organized and efficiently manages time in daily tasks.
  • Achieve outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.

Skills & Experience Required

  • College graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • With minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Investment
  • Strong knowledge of VUL products
  • Experience in a client service oriented role would be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
  • Ability to multi task and adapt to any situations
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Outstanding record of attendance and punctuality
  • Amenable to working on a night shift, and during operational exigencies.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
