Corporate Care Lead - VisMin


Achieve Corporate Care sales targets through acquisition of new group clients via Agency distribution channels and new markets. Coach and develop Agents/Leaders and/or Financial Solutions Consultants (FSCs) to promote and sell group products. Execute Corporate Care sales strategies through Agency channels and new markets.


  • Responsible for acquiring new group clients for Corporate Care via the referred leads generated from FSCs/Agents.
  • Assist FSCs/Agents to conduct fact finding, needs analysis then propose solution to generate proposal for group prospects.
  • Conduct joint sales presentations with FSCs/Agents of proposals generated then negotiate and close the new schemes.
  • Fulfil and install the new group scheme by submitting all information needed along with KYC documents to group operations, provide billing, ensure collection of first modal premium then deliver policy to corporate client.
  • Mentor Agents and/or FSCs on Corporate Care sales skills through joint-field work.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to create awareness and appreciation of employees of the group benefits provided.
  • Perform tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Preferred degrees are Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, but not required.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in sales handling corporate accounts, preferred is 3 years in life insurance agency or bancassurance sales.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned area.
  • Has been residing in the assigned area for the past two years.
