Associate Manager for Systems Integration Engineer


The position will be part of IT Infrastructure team that is responsible for evaluation, planning, installation, maintenance, development, troubleshoot, modification of Software Applications and Systems.


  • Track and provide status of current releases and provide updates of anticipated releases.
  • Ensure application release artifacts are tracked by version and secured for access as needed.
  • Install and uninstall application releases, supporting auto provisioning when possible.
  • Identify issues and discrepancies involved in installation and configuration of application release.
  • Monitor upgrades to the development, test, and production environments to ensure stability.
  • Propose and document solutions to resolve issues and discrepancies in the development, test, and production environments.
  • Work with production environment staff to coordinate application migration across environments
  • Provide hands on technical support for modernization, integration, installations, migration, and sustainment of applications.
  • Provide systems engineering solutions for the analysis, design, integration, installation, testing, and life cycle support of software applications and systems.
  • Assist and participate in all activities pertaining to software development lifecycle activities.
  • Perform assessments of requirements for application developers to ensure current system stability and prepare for adaptation to future requirement needs.
  • Present engineering change proposals to provide solutions to future requirement needs.
  • Perform cost analysis and trade-off studies following industry standard processes to incorporate optimal solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Solid hands-on experience in IBM Info sphere DataStage(ETL), Job scheduling and maintenance, including SQL and ODS skills.
  • Holder of Microsoft MSCP certificate, AWS/Azure and VMware VCA-DCV and the likes.
  • Hands-on experience on  Windows and UNIX platforms, AS400, Web Servers(IIS and JBOSS), Cloud Services, Saas, Paas, and  IT Security Application.
  • Hands-on experience on Software Application both On-Premise and Cloud
  • With also a good sound knowledge on Insurance Systems, Workflow, Document Management Systems, Underwriting and Claims Systems.
