Terms and Conditions

1. General information
   1. This promo is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (“FWD”). 
   2. Promo is open to Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above.
   3. Employees and financial advisors of FWD up to the 1st degree of consanguinity can join but will not be eligible to win any prizes.
   4. Promo duration: Dec 11-Dec 31, 2023.
   5. No purchase is required to join this promo.
   6. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promo and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the promo will be shown on the terms and conditions published on FWD's official website (fwd.com.ph).
   7. Validation of winners will be held at the FWD head office at the 19th Floor, W Fifth Building, 5th Avenue corner 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
   8. FWD’s decision, to be made by or in the presence of three (3) FWD representatives, is final and irrevocable.

2. Winners
   1. The five (5) winners will be announced as #FlexYourFinQ promo winners on FWD’s FB.
   2. FWD will get in touch with the winners via direct message in FB.
   3. FWD may ask for additional photos, messages, video interviews, or testimonials, which will be used in FWD’s own content, advertising, assets, and other promotional or publicity efforts, and/or other marketing purposes, by any means and through any format (website, advertising banners, social networks, newsletter, press release) now known or unknown to date.

3. Prizes
   1. Winners will receive Php5,000 via the GCash account they provide during the verification process.
   2. Prizes are non-transferrable.

4. Intellectual Property
   1. "Intellectual Property Rights" refer to any copyright or other rights over a picture, brand, a design or a model, a trademark, a patent and, more generally, any element, (including trade secrets and knowhow), that may be protected by national and/or international laws or conventions on intellectual property (“Intellectual Property Rights”).
   2. By submitting an entry, the participant warrants and confirms that:
      1. His/her entry is original; that it does not infringe upon the copyright or any intellectual property right of any third party and that the submission of the entry does not constitute as an act of unfair competition of any kind.
      2. The content of the entry does not and will not infringe nor violate any rights of any third party or entity, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, privacy, competition law, confidentiality, or any contractual or extracontractual right.
   3. All entries suspected of violating any law(s) and/or any third party’s right will be ineligible.
   4. In submitting his/her entry, the Participant grants FWD the right, free and clear of any claim for compensation, to use it and its components for FWD’s own content, advertising, assets, and other promotional or publicity efforts, and/or other marketing purposes, by any means and through any format (website, advertising banners, social networks, newsletter, press release) now known or unknown to date.

5. Attestation

By participating in this Promo, the Participant:

1. 1. Consents and allows to the processing by FWD of his/her personal data in accordance with FWD’s privacy policy at https://www.fwd.com.ph/privacypolicy/, for the purpose described above;
   2. Agrees to hold FWD free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize;
   3. agrees to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of FWD relating to the marketing coverage.
   4. If chosen as the winner, the Participant agrees that FWD may publicize the same in such mode and manner as it considers fit.
