1. Download and register FWD Affiliates PH app on Google Play and AppStore. Link
2. Earn points by sharing content and getting signups.
3. Win P1,000 GCash credits by being one of the first ten new Affiliates to redeem points via GCash from May 5 to 31, 2022.

• Earn points you can exchange for GCash credits or Sodexo vouchers.

Terms and conditions

1. This promo is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD).
2. It is open to all new Affiliates users of the app (registered during the promo period from May 5 to 31, 2022).
3. FWD employees and agents along with their relatives up to the second degree are not eligible.
4. No purchase is required to join the promo.
5. The first ten Affiliates who redeem points via GCash within the promo period of May 5-31, 2022 will get additional P1,000 GCash credits each.
6. An Affiliate can only win once.
7. A new account of an existing FWD Affiliates app user is not eligible. FWD’s decision on duplicate accounts will be final and binding.
8. Winners will be announced after a verification period of not less than ten (10) working days after the promo period, via FWD’s Facebook. Winners will also be notified via their FWD Affiliates PH app login email.
9. Prize of P1,000 GCash credits will be credited to the GCash number the winners used to redeem their points.
10. Crediting of points will be done within five (5) working days after its announcement.
11. The result of the promo is final and irrevocable.
12. Prizes are non-transferrable.
13. FWD may ask for photos, messages, or testimonials from the winners to be used in FWD’s promotional ads, content, and other efforts.
14. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promo and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the promo will be announced via any of the following platforms:
    a. FWD Affiliates App in-app notification
    b. Facebook
