   2. Describe the steps you’re taking/doing to manifest your dream.

3. Upon posting, you warrant that you have read and understood and that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the contest.
4. Posts will be judged based on the following criteria:
   1. Content (90%) – thematic relevance and impact
   2. Presentation (10%) – visual and wording

   1. This contest is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (“FWD”). 
   2. Contest is open to Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above.
   3. Employees and financial advisors of FWD, up to 1^st degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join.
   4. Contest duration: October 29 – January 8, 2022.
   5. No purchase is required to join this contest.
   6. Participants, from time to time, may also be contacted via mobile, email or social media account for promotional information about FWD products, services, and other offers. Participant’s information will be deleted after a reasonable time unless winner informs us to do so earlier. 2. Intellectual Property
   1. "Intellectual Property Rights" refer to any copyright or other rights over a picture, brand, a design or a model, a trademark, a patent and, more generally, any element, (including trade secrets and knowhow), that may be protected by national and/or international laws or conventions on intellectual property (“Intellectual Property Rights”).
   2. By submitting an entry, the participant warrants and confirms that:
      1. His/her entry is original; that it does not infringe upon the copyright or any intellectual property right of any third party and that the submission of the entry does not constitute as an act of unfair competition of any kind.
      2. The content of the entry does not and will not infringe or violate any rights of any third party or entity, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, privacy, competition law, confidentiality, or any contractual or extracontractual right.
   3. All entries suspected of violating any law(s) and/or any third party’s right will be ineligible.
   4. In submitting his/her entry, the Participant grants FWD the right, free and clear of any claim for compensation, to use it and its components for FWD’s own content, advertising, assets, and other promotional or publicity efforts, and/or other marketing purposes, by any means and through any format (website, advertising banners, social networks, newsletter, press release) now known or unknown to date.
      
      
      
3. Winners
   1. Five (5) contestants will be chosen by our mentors as their mentees.
   2. The five (5) mentees will be announced as #ManifestMyDream contest winners on FWD’s IG page, maximum of two (2) weeks after the end of the promo period.
   3. FWD will get in touch with the winners via direct message in IG.
   4. FWD may ask for additional photos, messages, video interviews, or testimonials, which will be used in FWD’s own content, advertising, assets, and other promotional or publicity efforts, and/or other marketing purposes, by any means and through any format (website, advertising banners, social networks, newsletter, press release) now known or unknown to date.
      
      
4. Prizes

1. 1. Winners will receive:
      1. Php10,000

   2. Winners have sixty (60) days to claim their prizes, otherwise will be forfeited.
