1. Recruit must be:
   1. Filipino citizen
   2. 18 to 65 years of age, at the time of application
2. Recruits who are eligible applicants will be sent an email with a link where they need to complete their application.
3. Applicants who successfully complete the application process will be given an FWD Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance policy.
